Services
We are graphic designers with over two decades of experience in the important parts of communications. We design for identity, print, websites and digital media, external and internal communications, advertising, interiors, wayfinding and exhibitions. Our wider group of tried, tested and trusted associates cover photography, illustration, animation, film, copywriting, editing and proofreading, and print-production.
There are three main things we do
Plan
Also known as strategy if you enjoy making things sound more ballsy. This is generally the most important part of any design project – and generally the most over-looked. We love a good plan. And we can help you put one together.
Design
The combination of decent planning followed by effective design will give you the tools to bring on change. But it's all very well having a shed full of tools – you need to actually use them...
Implement
... so, finally, we can help apply all the hard work. With patience and elbow grease, you can disseminate the assets – and this is where you start to see results.
The team
We are a compact team, who have worked together for many years – so our game is down real tight. You'll always have top-level care and we don't use account handlers, so it's the actual designer who is working on your project that you talk to. This doesn't suit everyone, (some people love a bit of smoke-blowing), but it does mean that you don't have to pay for any fluffy agency overheads.

The Fire Station is in Bedminster, very close to the centre of Bristol. It’s been, surprisingly, a fire station, as well as a tooling workshop and a biscuit factory. The ground floor, previously a poorly designed recording studio, once hosted Jethro Tull and Damned sessions, but has now been completely gutted and rebuilt and plays home to Geoff Barrow's Invada Studios and his record label.

Poole office
The Foundry Poole is a co-working space in the centre of town. Minutes form the sea, and close enough to Bristol so as not to feel too homesick.
Our coastal office in Poole, right above the local bus station. Think Bristol Bus Station with knobs on.
